I am very comfortable dealing with various cultures - an Indian born and raised in the Middle East and living in the US since college. An engineering background and 14 years in international sales means that I approach every customer's needs with careful analysis and rigor. While there are general guidelines that can apply for all my clients, there's not a "one size fits all" approach. I value collaboration with my clients. My purpose is to take the client's goals and organizational culture and make it easy for them to create and implement a strategy that works for them. They don't have to start from a blank page - I will get them started by drawing a picture and then let them modify and color it as they see best. They don't have to start from ground zero to learn a new culture - I'll help guide them and give them the tools so that eventually they have mastered that global relationship themselves.
